SHIPPING & RETURNS
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your products within the period of 10 working days. Customized orders or handcrafted products are usually shipped within 60 days from the date of placing order and can take even longer depending on the design and work required.

Delivery times are subject to stock availability, and to possible delays due to credit card authorisation, compliance with customs and other factors outside our control. We will advise you as soon as practicable if there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products. Please note that delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds $1000. If order value is below $1000 then shipping charges will be $150. It is to be noted that Customs duty applicable and clearances in the customer’s respective location shall be the customer’s responsibility and the Company doesn’t offer any assistance in this regard.
If an incorrect address is selected during the checkout process, or the address entered doesn't correspond to the country selected, we will cancel your order and notify you by e-mail. In the interest of security, you will need to ensure somebody is available to sign for receipt of the products at the delivery address. If there is nobody at the delivery address to take delivery and sign for the products, you can contact the courier to arrange a new delivery time. We cannot be responsible for any delivery problems arising from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you. If you order multiple items, some items may be shipped separately depending on the lead time for the respective items, for further details please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number.
Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address detailed in your order and the products will be your responsibility from that time. You own the products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. If you prevent delivery of the products by, for example, failing to supply the courier or your local customs, tax office with necessary information or documentation, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees so your package is returned to Anjuman Brand Designs Pvt. Ltd., any resulting return postage or courier’s administration fees incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to you in respect of that order.
What is Your Return Policy?
The stock return policy applies to orders in India only except where stated otherwise and for overseas locations return policy is covered in another section of this document listed below.
Customers should look to the item's product detail page or their order history to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the aforementioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Please read the return policy for each item on the live sale page very carefully before proceeding to place an order
Eligible items must be returned within 10 days of the date the item was delivered, or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and confirm to the terms and conditions. Please return items in their original condition, and packaging material in which the items were originally delivered including but not limited to: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, boxes, dust bags and gift boxes. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged with a replacement or a store credit if it meets the prescribed and applicable terms and conditions.
Goods are faulty only if they are delivered in a damaged condition or if the delivered items are not as per the order placed. Items that are prone to depreciate as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you choose to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please note that we don’t guarantee the replacement for the same product in the same size, if the same is not available in our stock wherever possible, we will offer to repair the faulty items subject to above mentioned condition. We make every effort to display the item as accurate as possible along with the colour, appearance, design and configuration of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors display and pixels varies, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display is exactly same what our IT system displayed.
All customized orders or make to order; & discounted merchandise cannot be returned and exchanged.
What is your return policy for rest of the world?
Currently, we don’t accept returns from countries other than India, but if your item arrives in a damaged condition or doesn’t correspond to product you have originally ordered, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Can I exchange/alter my item which was either customized or make to order?
We currently do not allow exchange for an item which was either a customized or make to order. In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer (as per the prescribed terms and conditions) to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges shall be charged. All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 15 days which may extend depending on the extent of alteration required. We take 4 days to confirm the possibility of alteration after receiving a request.
DUTIES & TAXES
For Indian Customers: Product Prices displayed are MRP and inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers: Import duty is not included in the prices you see online. It is your responsibility to bear, pay the import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on the laws as applicable in your domicile and country, also we don’t offer any custom clearing facility service. Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
